a. Shipping/ delivery
i. All the orders that have been made will be shipped to you by the courier service with a live online tracking number which will be emailed to you as soon as the shipment is dispatched out.
ii. In the lead of confirmation, we will post the items bought by you using Malaysian Pos Ekspres service. (For the time being, this is the only shipping options that is available)
iii. The flat rate of postal is RM7 for Sem Malaysia and RM10 for Sabah/ Sarawak.
iv. We are a small operation and all orders will be processed only during the weekends. Shipping will only be done once a week. Due to this please expect a minimum of 2-3 weeks of processing and shipping once payment has been made (even though most orders will ship out sooner).
v. All orders are important to us, however no order is more important than another. We appreciate doing business with you thus please respect our duration of processing time.
vi. By purchasing this item you are agreeing to this processing time. Expecting anything different can be just as frustrating for us as it is for you.

viii. Important Note: We will not be seized responsible for any loss or damage during delivery.
